Xia is a dynamic, entrepreneurial real-estate professional with extensive experience in a broad range of real estate investments and businesses, including residential and commercial portfolios, and land development. Xia performs acquisition feasibility assessments, underwrites deals, and sources funds for purchase, development, and construction. She has acquired and managed several hundreds of rental assets. Xia also spent 20 years in Civil Engineering, providing civil site design, and program management services and working as a technical lead for a wide range of infrastructure projects.

Tim Wyatt, Licensed Oregon General Contractor LIC #245604. As an entrepreneurial in real-estate Tim has over 25 years of extensive land acquisition, land planning, value engineering, development and homebuilding experience. He has worked for several national home builders and led the Construction, planning and development of thousands of land parcels in Georgia, Nevada, Alabama,Tennessee and Oregon.Tim is a true visionary and a master at sculpting the earth to enhance your projects.

Mr. Zhao is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive in the AEC services sector, who also has extensive experience in real estate development and brokerage.  Equipped with an advanced degree in engineering, Mr. Zhao started his career as a real estate broker at one of China’s largest brokerage firms.  After becoming the best-performing regional manager at the brokerage firm, Mr. Zhao made his name in China’s booming real development industry where he discovered the untapped and sustainable opportunities in the AEC service sector.  In 2015, he founded one of the first private-owned full-service architectural firms in Suzhou which has grown to be the premier AEC service provider in Southeast China.  Leveraging his extensive entrepreneurial, cross-industry, and cross-sector experience, Mr. brings his financial savvy and profound industry knowledge to our firm’s financial and accounting department.  

Casey is a Professional Engineer and received his bachelor’s degree at Utah State University in 2016. He has always enjoyed building and designing projects since his early years growing up on a ranch. Casey’s focus has been on civil design and project management. His attention to detail and critical thinking enables projects to be designed thoroughly. He has worked on a variety of land development projects from residential to commercial developments. He has led and managed projects taking them from the initial land planning and conceptual plans through to fully designed construction plans and documents including site plans, roadway design, utility design, hydrologic modeling, grading, and drainage plans.

Emma Li is a seasoned architect with over a decade of professional experience in architecture services, encompassing contractual management, schedule and budget coordination, design, and construction administration. Her portfolio spans a diverse range of projects, from large-scale developments like the Lenovo Global Headquarters and Infosys North America Headquarters to award-winning apartment and senior living communities.Emma actively participates in various industry events, making rapid progress in project acquisition and investment opportunities. Her extensive experience in the architectural field uniquely positions her to deliver successful projects in real estate development.
 

Jasleen Gujral is an accomplished Architectural Designer, Interior Designer, and Software Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the AEC industry and related fields. Her diverse portfolio includes commercial office buildings, mixed-use residential buildings, education buildings, public buildings, and artificial intelligence architectural research projects. As an Interior Designer, I have consulted and designed over 50 projects and manufactured furniture from China as a Licensed Importer/Exporter. Additionally, as a Software Engineer, she gained valuable experience in the Financial Services Strategic Business Unit at Capgemini, a CMMI Level 5 European multinational corporation.
